Perfect location, excellent amenities, immaculate room, wonderful staff

Patchy wifi connection, humidity issues

The rooms are good sized and huge and include coffee/tea making equipment, a fridge, and glassware. A bathroom is equipped with a bidet. It has absolutely perfect and excellent location in Rome adjacent to Spanish steps, stores and monuments.

We stay in triple room quite often, it is impressive and modern. There is a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating - that's always a plus. The hotel has unbeatable location easy to walk to places.

With just a five-minute walk to both the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. I appreciated the cozy lobby and how clean everything was. The in-room breakfast was fantastic. It arrived on time and made mornings special. The wifi connection was inconsistent at times, a bit frustrating. I also noticed the towels in the room had some stains, indicating they could use replacement. Despite these small issues, the service was excellent, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. I felt very comfortable, especially with the pleasant room size in such a central location.

The noise from the floor above us was noticeable at times, particularly from chairs moving and footsteps.

The Luxury Triple Room was really comfy, super clean, and the cute touches like snacks were nice. I loved how fresh the towels were each day! The location was spot on for hitting the major sights. The a/c seemed a bit noisy sometimes, a bit hard to sleep. The room felt cozy for our family stay, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

The staff provided a special surprise for our daughter's birthday. The A/C was a bit noiisy.

Wifi connection had its moments of weakness, particularly in the smaller room. It's just one floor to navigate. Noise from above can be a nuisance if you're a light sleeper, as sounds from chairs and footsteps were noticeable, and confirming room types in advance is recommended due to possible discrepancies at check-in.

The central location made accessing attractions so easy! Marlon's attentive service and delicious in-room breakfast added a special touch to our experience.

Although the experience was good, communication issues caused a bit of confusion at times! The wifi connection was also inconsistent.

My wife says that a more extensive breakfast option would be great.

Really good Service and Prime Location

The spacious rooms were perfect for unwinding after our explorations, and we adored the good in-room breakfast, made each morning special. The central location allowed us to walk to iconic sites like the Spanish Steps in just a few minutes, a big plus. A more varied breakfast menu would enhance the experience even more.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, and air conditioning. Marlon, the host, provided helpful recommendations tailored to our plans and was always available via WhatsApp.
